  Horrible director. Rude assistant director. Dirty, smelly classrooms. VPK Kids not taking care of properly and are not encouraged when they don't know the work. Teachers are consistently yelling at the kids. My kids attended this preschool since the age of two when it was under different management. And new management seem to never notified me right away when an issues have occurred (i.e. my kid has been scratched to the white meat by another kid in the same class, my kid was sick to the point of throwing up) with no disciplinary action or sanitary actions done. Incident reports given to me, that I refuse to sign, due to the fact that I was not notified until I came to pick up my kids at the end of the day (6pm). My last straw was when the other kid was physically harmful to my daughter and Ms.Abby refuse to acknowledge that their was something going on. I finally transferred my girls to another Kindercare and the turn around results with my girls was immediate. They were no longer crying in the morning to get ready for school. They didn't put up a fight to do homework. We are Always greeted with a smile at drop off and pick up. And one of my girls is autistic, but very low on the spectrum scale and usually does not handle transitioning very well... she does not give me any problems when it come to talking about her new school/teachers, her ability to communicate with details are improving everyday, willingness to do homework has been awesome. I should've transfer the kids at the first sign of the Change of management but I wanted to give Ms.Abby the benefit of the doubt. My girls and I are much happier now that we've move to another Kindercare. By the way... I'm also paying a little more at the new school but it is diffinetly worth every penny.

  This place is not worth the money. I am paying almost $1,600 a month for a 2/2. Granted, my rent is that high because of water, it still doesn’t change the fact that the garbage in front of the complex is always outside the compactor and the so called garbage vallet tends to miss my building all together from time to time. With that comes another issue, wild Animals!! Cats, rats, raccoons & I was told by one of the staff that there was a bobcat in the area. I have had so many pest control for this roach infested place but it seems to not be working. Most apartment complexes do monthly pest inspections but this place is so cheap, they only come when you request for it. If I was going to pay this kind of money, I would’ve moved to the Hamptons. Again, do not waste your money coming to the Glen at Cypress. I will not be renewing my lease.

  hello this is ashtin. I havent been here in ages after 1st grade. But this is one of the best schools that I ever attended. I love the view and the location this school was great. ive been here for pre K - 1st grade this school rocks.
